A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH FOR ANALYSIS OF HUMAN ERRORS IN THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

A complete understanding of the multitude roles that people play in work process, as well factors influence people’s decision-making is crucial for accident prevention and operational efficiency through reduction risk, elimination any shortcomings, successful functioning maintenance production process. The method used to analyze, identify, reduce human errors a vital aspect managing system.We conducted study at ArcelorMittal LLC Zenica, Bosnia Herzegovina, where HFACS "Human Factors Analysis Classification System" approach was applied identify analysis. results this indicate most significant causes error accidents are "preconditions unsafe acts" (36%), followed by "unsafe supervision" (31%), (21%) and“organizational influences” (12%). Based on these results, we concluded can be not only identification but also tool defining corrective measures reducing errors.
